Cut from 100% ocean-caught Alaska Pollock, each four-stick serving provides 13 grams of protein with zero trans fat. Baja Fish Sticks are Child Nutrition approved, USDC Grade A certified-and cook up crunchy without deep-fat frying. Preparation and Cooking Instructions


Cook from Frozen
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Bake at 425 degrees F about 18 to 20 minutes.
CONVECTION OVEN: Bake at 400 degrees F about 15 to 17 minutes.
DEEP FRY: 350 degrees F about 4 1/2 to 5 minutes.
For added crispness, cook slightly longer.
