Thawing Instructions

Trident French Toast sticks are designed to cook from frozen.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

DEEP FRY: at 350 degrees F for 70 seconds.

CONCENTIONAL OVEN: at 375 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.

CONVECTION OVEN: at 425 degrees F for 6 to 7 minutes. When oven baking turn sticks over midway during cooking or change to broil for last 3 minutes.

MICROWAVE: 5 sticks on a microwavable dish at high for 1 minutes. Times and temperatures may vary with equipment.
