Ingredients

12   Redi Grilledâ„¢ Pollock Portions 4oz (1-10LB) 420209
1/2  Cup Coconut Milk
   Juice and zest of 1 lime
1  TBSP Thai green curry paste
1  TBSP Mayonnaise
1  TBSP Umeboshi vinegar
10  oz Green cabbage, shredded
5  oz Purple cabbage, shredded
1/2  Cup Cilantro leaves
   Salt & Pepper
24   Corn Tortillas

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients for slaw, season.
2. Fry tortillas until puffed and crisp.
3. To serve, top each tortilla with 1 oz. cabbage, 1/2 piece of mahi, Sprinkle with shiso and black sesame seeds.
