Heating Instructions from Thawed
Microwave: Place the portion on a microwave safe plate, cover and microwave at 50% power for 1½ minutes to reach 140°F
Oven: At 350° F. Place the portions in a pan, add liquid to cover the bottom of pan, cover pan with lid or foil and cook for 10 minutes to reach 140°F.
Heating instructions from Frozen
Boiling Water: Place one package of frozen unopened vacuum packed salmon portions in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove from package and serve.
Microwave: Times and temperatures vary greatly with microwave equipment. Puncture vacuum package and microwave on 50% power until 140°F.
